Returns and Cancellations

Return Policy


  1. In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, You are required to get in touch with the customer service team through any of the below mentioned channels:

    1. Sending an email at;

    2. Customer care (Call support at 011-47550579: Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 7:30pm)

  2. Autosphere should be notified within 3 days of the delivery which has the following conditions-:

    1. If you are availing the fitment service, then the day of fitment will be your last day to process a return or an exchange. Eg. suppose our technician reaches you in 2 days, 3 days or 5 days, then the day of fitment will be your last day to process return.

    2. If fitment service is being availed, then the technician should receive a sealed package from Autosphere.

  3. The product will be properly checked and scrutinised by Autosphere and will verify the legitimacy of your complaint.

  4. The product that is sent back either for a refund or an exchange should be in the original state and unused.

  5. Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product's packaging is not damaged or tampered. If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, we request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Autosphere at the earliest. The return process of the product may be restricted by Autosphere depending on the nature and category of the product.

  6. If our logistic partner is unable to pickup the product, then you would have to send it via a reputed courier service and you will be reimbursed.

  7. The complete refund will be made to the customer if the product has a value of 2500 or less.

  8. Product should be returned in their original packaging with the originals price tags, warranty cards, user manual, barcodes, and invoices.

  9. The returned package should be strongly and adequately packed.

  10. If the product has a value of more than 2500 then either the product is exchanged or the customer is provided with a voucher/coupon of the equivalent value.

  11. If the product can be repaired or exchanged within the warranty then Autosphere will do the same and send it back to you.

  12. No hidden return cost

  13. If the customer pays the shipping charges during the checkout then that amount is not subject to a refund if the customer opts for it.

  14. The few exceptions for items that cannot be returned include:

                 a.Items Marked "Non-Returnable" (clearly indicated on the product page before placing your order)

                  b. Personalized Items (custom engraved or embroidered)

                  c.  Wheels and Tires. If it's defective, we will take return.

                  d.   If the product can be repaired by service centre, we will get the same repaired and get it back to you.

                  e. Liquid items and car perfumes will not be taken back.

Cancellation Policy

 By Autosphere: There may be certain orders that Autosphere is unable to accept and must cancel. Autosphere reserves the right, at Autosphere's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason whatsoever. Some situations that may result in Your order being cancelled include, without limitation, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you, non- availability of the service, inaccuracies or errors in pricing information, or problems identified by Autosphere's credit and fraud avoidance department. Autosphere may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Autosphere will contact You if all or any portion of Your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept Your order. If Your order is cancelled after Your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in Your credit card account. A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order either by Customer or Autosphere.

 ★ By User:> In case of requests for order cancellations, Autosphere reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practices, if Autosphere receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Autosphere, it shall cancel the order and compensate to you by providing a shopping voucher of the equivalent value of the cancelled item, within a reasonable period of time. Autosphere will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. It has the sole right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer shall accept Autosphere's decision concerning the cancellation.

Autosphere reserves the right to cancel any orders that is classified as 'Bulk Order' as determined by Autosphere as per certain criteria. Any Autosphere cash or Promo Code used for placing the 'Bulk Order' will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as 'Bulk Order' if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:


    •  Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale

    •   Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address

    •   Bulk quantity of the same product ordered

    •   Invalid address given in order details

    •    Any malpractice used to place the order
